Rise Above Roseñas is CSR Makati Batch 1997’s theme for the 2022 Grand Alumnae Homecoming.
The theme is the embodiment of the true Roseña: someone who is strongly committed to rise above and excel in her professional field and who has the deep desire to rise above herself to serve others even in the midst of challenges.

"The 1st ROSE AWARDS 2022 is a promising project that began with the suggestion of Batch ‘97 representative, Hossy Yamamoto to continue the efforts of Batch 1995 when they launched the Outstanding Roseñas Award back in 2019. I have to share that my conceptualization journey was filled with so much pride and hope for the school.
The rose, the symbol of our school, was my inspiration and ultimately gave birth to the CSR Makati ROSE Awards. The goal of the Rose Awards was simple — to start an annual CSR tradition that will bring pride to the school. We wanted to showcase CSR Makati Alumnae who have not only reached a certain level of success in their personal and professional lives but are also creating a positive impact in their communities.

On the occasion of our homecoming, we acknowledge the important role of our teachers and non-teaching personnel and prepared a personalized health package as a token of our appreciation for their efforts, a reminder that we have never forgotten them.
